Purchased a Samsung refrigerator at a local Lowes 6/2021. On 5/27/22, it stopped cooling. After DOZENS of phone calls amounting to over 1000 cell phone minutes, Samsung approved a full refund as this fridge was under their 1 year warranty and could not be repaired. They owe me over $1500 which I do not believe I will ever see. Samsung has the customer set up a payment (paypal) through Citi Bank which will transfer money to the customers Paypal account within an hour. This was set up on 6/22. I have called Samsung several times and they will not provide me with a contact or transaction number with Citi. I am convinced that this "Refund" is nothing but a scam. Samsung does not provide any customer service. I wish I was able to give a Samsung Zero star rating. Again, for your protection, DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!!
