I would give less than 1 star if possible. I ordered a Bespoke refrigerator online and that was the only good part of the whole process. NEVER order directly from Samsung. It has been over 1 month and I still don't have resolution. I had to return the product before delivery because delivery didn't happen (2+ weeks past due and never kept getting pushed back with no real explanation why). Each time I have worked with customer service I get the run-around to the point I think there is no one working there that can resolve ANYTHING. They owe me over $2000 and I am now on my 8th call with them and over 5 hours of either hold or trying to get help. I was also given resolution #s which seem to do nothing. I reported them to BBB to try and get help. Since my original order date it has been over 30 days. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!
