WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG TVS EVER AGAIN. Spare Parts COSTS 3 TIMES HIGHER. Very big company but don't have in house repair team. External teams charges as HELL. Customer team asking me to use a local repair technician. Bought tv for $500 but SAMSUNG Approved Technicians asked for $1200 for repair.
Will Never Buy SAMSUNG in MY Life ever again. Apple and LG has far better Customer service than SAMSUNG
