I will never buy another samsung product again. Bought their top of the line s22 ultra and it's getting delivered with delay because fedex doesnt know the reason for delay. Now samsung is asking me to go to fedex and collect it. So a customer pays top dollar for your product and this kind of service you guys provide? Not to mention I am still waiting for my next purchase credit which was promised because of inconvenience. Oh and samsung still hasn't sent me an address of fedex store where the phone is.
Samsung should be ashamed to treat their customers like this. I will moving all of samsung products out of my house.. done with their ecosystem if you cant even provide a good customer service to begin with.
