Awful, awful customer service. The warranty on their devices is not worth the paper it is written on. I have been trying to get help for months and I am now at the end of my tether. They seem determined to do everything to not honour the warranty and repair equipment. Their customer services team are deliberately obtuse and you will spend hours going round the houses of their policies, which are non-sensical.
