You can find great deals from Samsung.com when they have new product showcases. However, their deliveries are always late and delayed. Customer service team members always said the item will be arrived on time until the due date. Once the date passed, they start explaining that it happened because of high demands. It happened every time I ordered a product from Samsung.com. And they never changed it.
This time they were charged me in Aug 19, and I was informed that mine will be arrived in Sep. 9th (originally, Aug 26)
