We sent a phone in for repair and they said it was ready to send back a month ago. The setup for customer service is horrible. Even the managers are not helpful and don't call back when they said they would. We have probably spent 15 to 20 hours going through the same routine. No way to get eyes on the phone at the repair center. Beyond frustrated
