I pre-ordered a watch 5 pro on the 20th of August, after emailing support I was told they would not ship the watch as they had none of the free Chargers left and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get them back in stock. So apparently businesses are more important than customers who pre order. I ordered the watch with the grey band and a extra white band.. long story short after confirming with support TWICE that I will be receiving both bands, I only got the white one. After years of loyalty to samsung.. I will be looking into changing brands to a company that values the customer and follows through with their word. The watch its self seems good although I don't notice much difference between my gear3 frontier, if it had not been for my previous watch not working I would be returning this one. This review was posted on samsung page but they decided it dont belong there so I am sharing it here as well.
