Samsung continue to supply an awful Customer Care service under the 5 Year Warranty, i have a broken washing machine first reported broken on 24th Aug 2022, it is now 12 Sept 2022 and i am still waiting for a repair to allow it to work as it should,
one suggestion AVOID SAMSUNG at all costs as useless Customer Care after purchase,
