I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro which included a fast charging pad. The fast charging pad came with it's own adaptor and doesn't work. The lights flash briefly but nothing happens when I put either the new 5 Pro or a Smartwatch 2 on it.
So far I have sent 4 emails, one every day since it arrived, and not received any reply other than the standard acknowledgement.
Customer services did at least call me back but said I had to deal with the online store.
