Worst experience, and I do not recommend to buy any device from Samsung as they send not working devices, when you try to contact them within the 14 days period to get it replaced they are delaying the problem solving asking to reset system check the sound and try to call in few days. Then when you call them back to say that the problem is still there they say... Ups, sorry you are not within your guaranteed period. Doesn't matter that they have an info that you called them few days earlier to try to resolve a problem. Highest level of fraud!
