I have had 2 Samsung washers break down in 1.5 years. Both broke in the same manner, weights broke that stabilized the drum. First time I received an e coupon to purchase a new one through Samsung.com. Then that one broke! It’s been 3 weeks going back and forth with Samsung to exchange it! They give me the run around and ask for different pictures and documents more than once. They supposedly give you their direct office text number but it’s been the same # for all the different agents I’ve spoke to and they don’t even respond to the texts. So there you go having to wait on hold on their phone line. If I could i would stay away from Samsung appliances.
