Purchased a refrigerator, stopped working after 9 months. Worst experience with customer service, still trying to get issue resolved. It has been six weeks and I still can not get them to refund/replace refrigerator (they don't have anyone who services my area), long waiting times on the phone and no resolution to issues once you do get through. Frustrating, stay away from Samsung
