Poor quality product washer seal deteriorated and tore at a weak spots on the seal after only 2 years of use. Samsung is being less than helpful with warranty and is refusing to honer it without giving a response as to why when the machine has been well maintained. In the process of a dispute but this was logged a week ago and no response when I was told this would take 1-2 days contact to follow up and am told I just have to wait. Been without the washing machine for 2 weeks and no idea how long to get a response. When asking to speak to a complaints department I’m told they don’t have one.
