If I could give a negative number I would. I would rather walk across broken glass before dealing with customer service again, but unfortunately I have been trying to AGAIN.
Washer model WA40A 3005AW/A4. Broke months before warranty expired. Purchased 8/11/21. Tried to fix twice. 3rd time sent me voucher for a percent of what I paid. Can only purchase thru Samsung.com. Wanted to upgrade, was told by customer service not one of my choices delivered to my area. I live in the largest city in my state. I was on the phone and chat for at least 30-35 hours. I was transferred from person to person too many times to count, hung up on just as much. I reached one person that basically told me too bad, we don’t care you have to drive 6 hour round trip plus $80.00 in gas to your son’s house in a small college town to pick it up. We got there, no washer. Another 5 hours on the phone. Sorry, won’t be there for another 9 days. Our son there to receive delivery and mentioned Samsung not delivering to our city. The shipping company driver said “we go there every Monday.”
We paid them $100.00 to bring it on to our city.
Lo and behold, we unpack it and the entire front is bashed in. Contacted Samsung via chat the next day. SURPRISE, I need to talk to another department. Do you think I can get ahold of said department? NO! So I guess they don’t care about this either. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Oh, their customer service is all sweet and “want to make this right.” Then you’re passed around until you want to scream.
I can not stress this enough, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY. I can honestly say I despise Samsung and I’m a calm, rational person. Take heed my warning.
