I ordered a Samsung Fitbit watch last year on amazon. it worked fine for 11 months. it came with a 1 year warranty. I contacted Samsung repair center on 8 21 2021, and they told me to return it to them. they told me it would be 2 to 5 business days. they gave me a tkt # 416-------. on 8-23-2121 they received it. on 8-26. I called to check its status. i found that they had lost it. They escalated it and gave me a 513-----tkt #. I have been calling them often and its now October 5th and still no resolution. Samsung has very poor cusomer service
