I purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator in 2015 - The refrigerator worked great. One day I see the bottom freezer is leaking, all my meat went bad. I called for service 3/22 (the only warranty that was still warrant was for the sealer/compressor) fortunately that was the issue. they come in March and fix the freezer, its working fine, until May same issue, Samsung send their appointed repair company. They cannot fix the issue and writes on the ticket "Unrepairable - Unit will be exchanged". Well I call samsung and they give me 726.00. They will not replace the unit.
