Samsung Z flip 4 is an absolute shambles along with Samsung customer service !! Got the Flip 4 , had it less than a month and it cracked. Sent it for a repair to be told it was over £300 as they said it wasn't accidentally damaged, the screen had been punctured which they said was done by a fingernail or something else. Now I'm a month into a 24 month contract and paying for it for another 23 months !! Anything to get out of the warranty. Won't be buying another Samsung product again.
