Samsung is literally the worst company when it comes to customer service. There is nothing they do well. It take multiple calls to get to the "right" person and then when I get them, they are conveniently unable to really help resolve the issue. I sometimes get routed to a touch tone system, which is completely worthless. I sit there pressing the number that I want and the system keeps repeating it doesn't understand me...it's a freaking touch tone system...that's whole point!!!
