Purchased a Samsung Washer in September 2022.
I would give it zero stars, but that wasn't an option. It's now November. I have not been able to do one normal load of wash with this machine. Samsung has had their appliance repair person here 4 times. Each time more new parts. Each time same result. It doesn't work.
I have called Customer Sevice over and over requesting a refund or a complete replacement. I've spent many hours on the phone being sent from one Customer Service Rep to Another. Again today, after 2 hours of talking to different people, including a supervisor they want to try and repair it. They will not honor their warranty which clearly states they will replace or refund a defective appliance.
They just argue with me...and Flat out LIE. They told me their Tech said it's in Perfect Working Order. Completely False...the Repairman has told them it is not repairable. He has put in 3 new parts...including the control board. And nothing makes this washer work. This is beyond Stressful....their Customer Service is Down Right Harassing Nothing has been resolved. And it never will be with this Company. They are Frauds ...Their Product sits in my home taking up Space. I can not afford to purchase a different Washer because they won't reimburse me for this non working machine. They had me in tears today.
DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG!
