$7000.00 tv worked for 4 Months. No help from Samsung with warranty. They treat you like its your fault. They will go over things on the tv while on the phone. Have take video's & then tell you that someone else will call you & do the same thing again, except no one will call you. Then you call back & give them your ticket #. They have to cancel your ticket & create a new one. Only problem is there is an issue with the system & they can't close the ticket. 4 days with no tv & no remedy. What a joke
