I am very angry and disappointed at the customer service at Samsung. I will never come back again. I originally bought the 512GB Fold 4 at 23:03 27th Oct and was eligible for a promotion earbuds. Then 10 minutes later, I called and asked can I cancel the order because I want the 1TB one. The agent said no, you had to call back at 8am tomorrow. then I called back and said i was very urgent, promotion ended at 9am. And I cannot proceed to the checkout page due to internal service error. The agent said I had to order a new phone, and do not worry if I cannot get the earbuds if it passed the promotion time, because I can return the other phone and keep the earbuds for this one. I was relieved. I ordered another phone at 9:01am knowing that this issue had been confirmed.
But then when I received the order, the agent changed totally and said I had to return everything. Now I am disappointed and do not want to use any samsung product anymore, but the agent again said I cannot return the 1TB option due to online exclusive.
I was very angry, Samsung does not hire staff that can give correct information on the customer line. Had I known on the first day that I cannot keep the earbuds, or return the 1Tb one, I would never order the second one and just return it.
