I am very angry and disappointed at the customer service at Samsung. I will never come back again. I originally bought the 512GB Fold 4 at 23:03 27th Oct and was eligible for a promotion earbuds. Then 10 minutes later, I called and asked can I cancel the order because I want the 1TB one.
