Bad customer service and support.
My phone broke twice. The last time it took them more than a month to get the phone back.
Samsung products that were flagship for other company is no more. It they delivering bad product quality.
In any case, I am out I never going to buy a Samsung product anymore. As the high price, you put in. It does not get you an equivalent quality.
when you talk to them they use the strategy to ware you until you give up.
