Samsung customer service must be up there with the worst in the world , a don’t care attitude is evident they have no customer service skills whatsoever, often rude , can’t pronounce your name nor even in the right order Mr “ your 1st name” they don’t listen nor act in a manner fitting for such a large brand . All reviews of Samsung direct seem bad , it’s seems they don’t care ..
