A long time customer of Samsung and I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I have had a galaxy watch 4 and no problems with it. Then they had an update that bricked it. Called it in they had me ship it to be fixed for free which was fine. However got it back and used it once after taking a shower the screen acted up and it shuts itself on and off. Mind you it is supposed to be water resistant and a shower doesn't bother it and never had problems before. So their update breaks my device and their repair breaks something else. They then expect me to ship it again and trust they repair it. I argued with corporate and even they are no help and just say all they can do is the repair. I've lost time and my watch only seems compromised and not what it was before their mistake. Just is bad business all together.
