50” 4K TV quit in less than six months after purchasing. It’s been a month and two repair visits later, still no working tv. I was issued a replacement ticket but not furnished any other info. I called Samsung and still no satisfaction. I was told to wait a couple more days for trucking company to call and then it would be and additional 10-15 days before new tv is delivered. So far, no one has called me back, ever, from Samsung after many promises to do that. They have no customer service. You’re not a customer to them but a victim of them.
