Phoned warranty support. Had bought 49” QLED tv with extended 5 year warranty. Remote stopped working. Idiot woman who answered kept repeating from script warranty did not cover remote. Asked to speak with supervisor and then kept on hold for 25 minutes, before being cut off.
No customer service. Useless call centre. Misleading warranty.
Never again.
