Purchase a French door refrigerator on line directly from Samsung on Dec 6. To this day the delivery has been scheduled, and confirmed 6 times with RXO, ( Samsung delivery service) to no avail. They have cancelled over, and over every time on deliver Day. immediately after, they sent me a link to reschedule. Again and again and again, for 6 consecutive times. It’s maddening. I have lost 6 days staying home for them. and I am looking to spend Christmas without a refrigerator. Had a nice Lady Grace trying to help me get the refrigerator delivered. But she couldn’t get RXO to deliver either. It is the worst nightmare ever to feel RXO is just playing with the customer. Me, and that Samsung does nothing to solve the issue. After my last pleading email to Samsung, Just got a response from Anne, Samsung e commerce brushing me off, and sending me back to deal with RXO. She doesn’t care at all to help. The sale was done, now the customer has 0 significance. I never expected to be dealing with such a ridiculous situation as this, and for Samsung to treat their customer so badly. I am wondering if I will ever get the appliance. I had to cancel my new year’s travel plans to go see my family as well. And at this point, I am totally lost regarding what to do. I feel totally stressed out, hope I never had placed the order to get myself into this headache. This will be the worst Christmas ever. Thanks to you Samsung.
