On the phone with them right now. Waiting ( ON HOLD) for almost 3 hrs for a manager to address my problem.Ridiculous.
Washer and dryer not working. They sent Unique Service Repairs, their technicians have been " fixing it" 2 times.
Today was supposed to be the 3rd but the technician called and told me I have to pay again.
I need my initial 155 charged by samsung reimbursed, the second visit was reimbured today by the service and need this appliances working already. A month with no washer and dryer.
I have everything Samsung. Feeling like switching at this point. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers SAMSUNG.
