Phone was taken to authorized service center with no replacement as stated nothing was wrong with it. Same reception problems upon leaving service center area. At that point phone was 3 months old and now approximately a year old, which I still have as trade in value, if any is less than $100. Frustration by poor antenna in this phone and Samsungs refusal to replace, led to purchase of Apple iPhone 6 months ago, with no reception problems since.
