I bought a dryer and a washer with Samsung. After 5 years, the washer went dead. I Called Samsung, came in and charged me $120 to diagnosed something Samsung knew was a common defects with the machine. For best products, buy LG. LG lasts forever.
The severity of how Samsung hurts me is so bad. I am in the process of a making a tube video to make sure Samsung never does that again to another customer.
