An ANGRY Samsung (and FORMER) Customer
Bought a new Samsung washer in July 2022. In November, December and January we've had to have warranty service on the washer four times because it didn't work. January 23, 2023 I received an email and a text saying an exchange had been approved. When I called after not hearing anymore from Samsung, I was told the exchange was denied because the repairman had failed to mark it unrepairable. Since November we have been without a washer for weeks at a time while my wife is undergoing chemotherapy. I won't do business with Samsung again since it won't stand behind its warranties.
