Don't buy Samsung fridge freezers!
Samsung told me to turn the freezer off until the repair man arrival in 5 days & I would be able to claim for perished food.
Repair completed perfectly. However, now Samsung are only offering £50 (amount not mentioned previously), so I am now out of pocket to the tune of £400+
