Buy one of their refrigerators from Lowe's 3 months ago, it breaks, and they won't cover the fixes since it's "out of warranty". They won't accept the receipts we have as proof of purchase because it wasn't the original receipt we had.
Charged us over $300 for someone to come out and tell us it was a compressor problem and Samsung said they didn't receive any such information.
