I just purchased the s23 ultra through Samsung. It came without the pin and cable.
Also, l were supposed to get a credit of $150.
All the calls go to the Philippine. I have been transferred from one to the other for 6 hours. All refused or disconnect when l asked to talk to supervisor. Or the refused or disconnect me.
There is no one available in the USA to help.
Maybe their products are good but the are good l would like to said take advantage of their customer.
