The worst customer service ever. I bought 5 pieces of appliances from Samsung and after installing the dryer noticed that the machine is broken. It was making a horrible noise. I called customer service right away and asked them to replace the dryer. They sent a technician to investigate the issue. He reported to them that the dryer should be replaced. After that I waited about 10 days and called customer service to get an update on my case, the representative said they are still investigating the case. I haven't used the dryer even once and still waiting for them to replace it.
