Bought new ultra 23 plus, zero help from Samsung Customer Service. Has to be my worst experience ever trying to remedy their problem. Do not recommend Samsung. Look for customer service ratings first before buying anything, it's the only thing that indicates you are making a good
purchase. I learned the hard way.
Very frustrated to say the least.
