Never use Samsung. They take your goods and damage it. Endless communication yo why they won't replace or give you a new one as it's their fault. I took photos before and after. They don't take any responsibility for their poor practice. So customers must sit with a faulty device. You cannot speak with head office or managers They will slways give you an excuse. You can't go yo trading standards as the call handler tells you they are not governed by anyone.
Poor service overall
