I bought Bespoke Refrigerator in Dec because it had the sonic Ice make and free color panel to match my year old kitchen. Ordered the panel received emailswith deliver date plus email updates say its on time and not its 2 weeks later and they have no idea where my panels or and they want to give me a different color. WFT DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG! nothing but the run around on the phone! All I want is the Color Panels for my refrigerator and they cannot help! They tell me to wait but they except you to wait months or years is what it sounds like. Im calling tring to find out when I might receive my order and they keep saying just wait. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!
