I've been waiting for over a month for my exchange and was getting told 3 different stories during the process. Then I was told if the trucking company did not contact me by a certain time to call so it can be escalated to upper management. So now I'm being told they are going to go through the same process I just went through. No help and really don't care about there customer. I've bought Samsung for all my appliances and TV's over the years but that will change from now on. Don't recommend buying from them.
