over 2 months and the delivery/install of a washer and dryer was still not done correctly. They threw away my shipping bolts and hole covers as well as antiskid pads. Delivery checklist says keep bolts with machine. Also, the bolts should not be removed until the unit is near the final slid in install location.
They make great products but never buy direct. Always go through BB, Lowes, HD etc. to get customer service that works.
