Did a mistake of buying a Samsung AC
It’s not the product it’s the service which matters. It’s been 6 days when Samsung Ac was delivered and till trade 3 visits by installation technicians. Every time new excuse and reason to delay the work.
No one bothered to attend. Worst part is there is no way u can reach out to customer care.
