Purchased Galaxy Pro buds and arrived in the wrong color. It took three calls each lasting 45 minutes with many transfers and unnecessary detail repeating. They even asked me to photograph the buds to prove they weren't the right color! Kept promising to send the return slip and never did. Shockingly bad customer service that is appalling in this post COVID times.
