I have Samsung care plus, and I have been calling the customer service for a week, but nobody was able to solve my issue. All they do is to keep transferring me to different agents by saying that I don’t have à protection. Even when provide my contract number for care plus they do anything. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a Samusung protection. I have been calling and text them as well. Never purchase anything at Samsung. I never wrote reviews before but this has made me feel like I need to do something. I wanted this to go public and I feel like I’m not the only person that has experienced this.
