Worst experience ever
Purchased washing machine in 24th april, got delivered on 30th april a damaged washing machine so it was taken back.
Until today the 18th of May still don’t have any response from them. Have called customer service every 2 days with no response. Only thing I get told is await our call within 48 hours . Reached Supervisor and also no response . Still no washing machine … worst service and response … never again would I get Samsung
