This company's refund process is absolutely atrocious. I've been a longtime Samsung customer for years and I got a Odyssey G9 monitor. This monitor has notorious problems with dead pixels, which I ended up experiencing. To get a repair person to my location took TWO MONTHS only to have the replacement screen have DEAD PIXELS on it. I requested a refund, which itself is taking TWO MONTHS as well. Go the refund code yesterday only to be made aware that it's not working, at which the rep recommended I request a check, which can take up to 10 more days!!! Absolutely unacceptable and just a complete runaround when it comes to their constumer service. A FOUR MONTH ORDEAL to get a solution for a problem they already know is part of their product.
