Ordered a refrigerator and still waiting for delivery 2+ weeks after delivery date promised.
Customer service a joke. They keep telling me the same story it has shipped. When I ask where from they tell me Coppell Tx. I then tell them I live 20 minutes from Coppell Texas so it shouldn't take weeks to get to me.
