Worst customer service of any company I have ever worked with . I had a business TV that quit functioning and they sent a replacement tv and it did not work. After that they sent out a tech three times to ultimately decide to just refund my money. The process took over 6 months. Finally received a refund after jumping through numerous hoops and with lots of perseverance. Just be aware if something does go wrong, that you are in for a long battle.
