Awful experience, still waiting on my anppliances and no one can tell me when to expect delivery, I am extremely disappointed with Samsung. I purchased multiple appliances on April 23rd, the earliest available delivery was June 7th. Up until June 6th I would regularly receive emails stating that my shipment was still on time, even though it was listed as "not shipped" on the order page of the website. So I called customer service and the representative assured me that the delivery would still be on time because the delivery was still showing as June 7th. I took off from work to be there for delivery. Unfortunately on June 7th, I received an email stating that my delivery had been delayed. I have spent several hours on the phone and on chat with customer service and not a single customer service representative is able to tell me when I can expect delivery. The only response I get is: "someone will contact you in 24-48 hours with an updated delivery date", which I have been waiting on for nearly a week.
